Organic Cacao Beans
In the warm climate of South America grows the cacao tree, which could be Criollo Cacao, Forastero or Trinitario, holds in its bosom pods which look like yellow rugby balls. Inside those yellow rugby balls are raw, bitter-tasting beans. These beans are the beans that people around the world use for chocolates and other sweet and even savoury dishes.
Is your Cacao organic certified?
Yes! We are certified by SKAL and our Cacao Beans comes from South America. There is no need to use any pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and other harmful chemicals since they are grown in naturally fertile soils, we do not need to use any artificial fertilizers on it. Our Cacao is organically certified by SKAL Biocontrol and is, therefore, EU organic certified.
How is your Cacao made?
Our Raw Cacao beans are gently handled and processed which maintains the natural compound which makes them better than normal cacao beans not just in smell and taste.

The cacao trees where we source our cacao from growing on places where they can naturally grow (in the warm climate of South America). These trees can grow fully organic because we do not use pesticides or any chemicals on our soils. For harvesting, we make sure that we can extract the beans from the pods without damaging them. When extracted, the cacao beans are naturally dried so that its compounds can be retained.
