These seeds have an ovoid shape and are semi-flat with a conical tip. The colour of a pumpkin seed is creamy white, but on the inside, the colour is olive green. These organic pumpkin seeds are nutty from taste and have a buttery texture. The largest producers of organic pumpkin seeds are from the United States, India and Mexico.
