Coconut oil is one of the oils which does belong to the superfood category in contrast to other types of oil. It is one of the best oils on the market today. This because it is free from trans fat and only contains natural fats and it is made from the Coconut Palm (Cocos nucifera). For adults, it is recommended to use about 3.5 teaspoons of organic coconut oil per day.
What is Coconut Oil?

Refined coconut oil is mostly sold at grocery stores. Refined oil is made by extracting the oil from the raw dried coconut meat. In this drying process, the raw coconut meat creates contaminants, which have to be treated with bleach to reduce the bacteria.
Unrefined coconut oil is pure and without bleach and has not been hydrogenated, deodorized or refine. This is also the reason why people call it ‘pure’’ oil.

At Nutriboost we sell raw and unrefined oil in wholesale, which is made from the coconuts which we organically grow in Sri Lanka and the Philippines. These coconuts are harvested, opened and shelled by hand with the help of a machete. To extract the best quality oil, the fresh coconut meat is separated, washed and cold-pressed. After the oil is collected it gets filtered en centrifuged, so we only keep the best quality oil. Our farmers are using these methods for centuries, so we can assure you that our oil made from coconut is as pure as it can be.
Is your Oil organic certified?
Yes! We are certified by SKAL and the Oil we use originates from Sri Lanka and the Philippines. There is no need to use any pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and other harmful chemicals since they are grown in naturally fertile soils, we do not need to use any artificial fertilizers on it. Our Coconut products are organically certified by SKAL Biocontrol and is, therefore, EU organic certified.
